Refund / Replacement
All items are delivered with a standard warranty of minimum 3 Days, Customer needs to raise a return request within 48 Hours period of time after delivery if any manufacturing defects found. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost within this duration. we will replace your product or refund your full amount if the product will be unavailable. If the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way then it will not cover under warranty.
To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return or refund for the product. Our team will analyze the defective product and make a decision about replacement and refund. if our team will find product defect due to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way by the customer then there no replacement and refund will be provided to the customer. this final decision will be taken by our team.
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing, etc. we are providing 48 hours time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue a replacement or refund for the product. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. Refund will be provided for the Product only. Shipping charges and other handling fees such as Cash on delivery fees etc is not refundable. Due to any reason, If return Pickup from customer is failed or not available than customer need to send product to the our location to avail refund or replacement. Shipping charges for the return product needs to be paid by customer only.

We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.

Step 3: Go to My Account
Step 4: Click on Order
Step 5: Click Refund / Replacement Button for that product which you want.
Step 6: Fill all the necessary information and click on Send Request.
